The owners wanted soft lighting that would come on automatically for those midnight trips to the bathroom.

The lighting along the floor comes on when a motion sensor is triggered and stays on for a predetermined amount of time before switching itself off.

Also, to keep the chill off the cast iron bath, heating tubes were installed under the bath, all hidden behind the tiles.
